We met while Bethany was still living in New Jersey through a friend. We talked on the phone and via email for two months. The day that Bethany moved back to Texas we went on our first date and our love story began. From the start, we both knew that our love was unique and we complemented each other in every way. Exactly a year after our first date, Richard flew us to San Francisco and proposed on the hillside overlooking the Palace of Fine Arts. A year later, we were married in Las Vegas with our families and close friends there to celebrate the beginning of the rest of our lives.
