Our Extended Families

Christine's parents live five minutes away on a lake where we spend much time. Christine has one younger brother. Phil's family lives two hours north on a dairy farm. He has three older sisters and one younger brother. On Phil's side, he has four nieces who we both cherish and enjoy spending time with. We are close to both families and see them at every holiday as well as throughout the year just to hang out. Both families have many aunts, uncles and first cousins whom we see at Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. The extended family is very supportive of our adopting and can't wait to welcome another baby into the family!

Our Home
|
We live in an area called "Lake Country" as our suburban town has at least ten lakes in it. Our neighborhood is family oriented and is located near some of the best schools in the state. Our three bedroom home has three and a half baths, a large eat in kitchen, a dining room, a sunroom, a living room and a recreational room in the basement. Our backyard has a swing set ready and waiting for a child. |

| We have an awesome deck to entertain and barbeque on. There is much land for children to play. All through our subdivision are paved paths for biking and walking. One of three ponds is located in our backyard for fishing, boating, ice skating, etc... The neighborhood has three parks with equipment, tennis courts, soccer fields and a softball diamond nearby. |
