A look Into Our Life

Our Extended Families

Michael's parents have been married for 43 years. He has 3 sisters whom are all married and all have children. Melissa has one sister who is married and has 2 children. Her mother and step-father have been married for 6 years. Her father died many years ago. All of our extended family are very excited about our adoption. They are all anxiously waiting to see our new addition to the family. We have a total of 8 neices and nephews and they really enjoy getting together and playing with one another. We all get together as often as we can. Our families are very close and we all help one another as much as possible. Family is very important to us.

Our Home




Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood. There are only 5 other families on our street. We live on 3.5 acres and we are surrounded by farmland. It is a great place for children to run and play. Our property is fenced in so this makes it fun for them to run around with the dogs or ride bikes and swing.




We are blessed to live in the country, however city conviences are only a short drive away. In the evenings we often sit on the porch and watch the ducks fly by or the rabbits that come out to eat. We have fun trying to see how many different kinds of birds we can spot. We really enjoy our home. It is a peaceful place to live.
