Lore Carvalho
Hello, I’m Lore Carvalho, and I proudly serve as the Director of Adoption Angels. Since beginning my work in adoption in 1990, my career has been driven by a deep passion for supporting birth mothers and helping create loving families through adoption. I founded Adoption Angels in 2002 with the mission of bringing as many families together as possible. Over the years, I have built a dedicated and compassionate team that shares my belief in providing the highest level of support, guidance, and preparation to every client we serve.
I have a wonderful family that includes my supportive husband, two talented daughters, one of whom I am proud to work alongside here at Adoption Angels. I am also a proud grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren. I am involved in every aspect of the adoption process and am honored to support each family throughout their journey.

Lore Carvalho
Hello, I’m Lore Carvalho, and I proudly serve as the Director of Adoption Angels. Since beginning my work in adoption in 1990, my career has been driven by a deep passion for supporting birth mothers and helping create loving families through adoption. I founded Adoption Angels in 2002 with the mission of bringing as many families together as possible. Over the years, I have built a dedicated and compassionate team that shares my belief in providing the highest level of support, guidance, and preparation to every client we serve.

Colleen Washington
Director of Social Services
Hi, I’m Colleen Washington, and I am the Director of Social Services at Adoption Angels. I have been a social worker since 2003 and have proudly been part of the Adoption Angels family since 2005. I truly value the opportunity to work closely with adoptive parents and guide them through the adoption process. Over the years, I have witnessed the incredible impact adoption can have on both adoptive and birth parents.
As a mother of three beautiful children, I know how special the gift of parenthood is. My own family was blessed through adoption, and I am honored to walk alongside you on this journey.
Miriam Marin
Expectant & Birth Parent Counselor
Hi, my name is Miriam Marin, and I am the Expectant and Birth Parent Counselor at Adoption Angels. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a Minor in Women and Gender Studies, as well as a Master's degree in Counseling. I have been working with families and children since 2008 and have proudly been part of the Adoption Angels team since 2011.
My role is to support and guide expectant and birth parents through every stage of the adoption journey. I feel truly blessed to work at Adoption Angels, where I am surrounded by some of the most devoted and compassionate parents I have ever known.

Director of Operations & Marketing
Hi, I’m Brittany Carvalho, Director of Operations and Marketing at Adoption Angels. I’m dedicated to optimizing the efficiency of our operations, marketing strategies, advertising efforts, website, and social media presence. I also provide guidance and final approval for adoptive parent photo books.
As a mom, I understand the deep importance of family. Being part of the Adoption Angels family and having the opportunity to work alongside my mother has been an incredibly meaningful experience, and I am truly grateful for the role I play in helping build and support families through adoption.
