Our path to having another child has been challenging. After trying for years to grow our family, we realized adoption was the right path for us. We are so grateful for this opportunity and ready to love and care for a child with all our hearts. If you choose us, we promise to give your child a safe, loving home filled with happiness and support.


To us, life is meant to be lived fully and joyfully. We dance often, sing at the top of our lungs, and laugh nonstop. Meet Dan

Dan is the most amazing person on the planet. He is everything that I ever wanted in a husband, and our son, Garrett, is so lucky to have him as a father. He is kind, patient, and hard-working. He loves to spend his free time playing with Garrett and teaching him new things. I am 

so proud of the parent he is; Dan was meant to be a father. 

Meet Iván

Iván is our rock. He is never afraid to protect his family. He is intelligent, capable, hardworking, loving, gentle, fun, and kind. He is loyal, and his love for his family has no limits. He will love and protect your child as if they were his own. He immigrated here nearly 20 years ago from a Spanish-speaking country (Venezuela). He left behind all his belongings and most of his family, starting out as a dishwasher and working his way up to owning many successful businesses. He has worked long, hard hours to achieve success and provide for his family. He is the bravest man I know.

Our Story

A favorite song of ours by Maná says it best: “Bendito el lugar, y el motivo de estar ahí, bendita la coincidencia, bendito el reloj, que nos puso puntual ahí, bendita sea tu presencia, bendito Dios por encontrarnos en el camino…” — Blessed be the place and the reason for being there, blessed be the coincidence, blessed be the clock that put us there on time, blessed be your presence, blessed be God for finding each other along the way.


My mom always used to say, “Sweetheart, it’s going to take someone from another country to make you happy.” I was always a little exotic myself, an adventurer, curious for the extraordinary, and always eager to explore and experience more than my small town could offer. Meanwhile, Iván with only a carry-on bag and everything else left behind, was ready for the adventure of a lifetime, ready to leave the world he knew and step into something different, challenging, and exciting. He boarded a plane and fate took care of the rest.


In the most unlikely of circumstances, 20 years ago, our paths crossed for the first time on an ordinary weekday in a small-town Mexican restaurant. However cliché it might sound, it truly was love at first sight. We have been inseparable ever since.

Meet Milana

Our precious little daughter, Milana is a ray of sunshine. She is smart, energetic, and very happy. She sings all the time, dances often, puts makeup on her papa, and serves her mama tea in little cups. She loves dance class and soccer, and Iván is the coach of her team. She enjoys running and exercising with us. She speaks Spanish and English fluently and takes wonderful care of her little dolls. She wishes with all her heart for a sister or brother to care for and play with.

Our Home

We live in a beautiful suburb of the city, considered one of the most desirable places to live in our state. Our neighborhood is completely walkable, and from our front door we can stroll to local shops, restaurants, the pool, and parks. Most afternoons, you’ll find families sitting on porches and children playing in the front yards. Our home is warm, welcoming, and filled with laughter. It is a three-bedroom house with a fenced-in backyard where we enjoy many happy moments together as a family. The yard features a covered patio and plenty of fun toys to play with. The school system here is ranked number one in the state, and we are surrounded by safe streets, friendly neighbors, and plenty of places for children to play and explore.

Our community offers the perfect blend of small-town charm with easy access to all the amenities of the city. Downtown has farmers’ markets, little shops, and family events we look forward to each year.


Our street is full of families with children of all ages. Neighbors regularly gather for block parties, complete with bouncy houses, popsicles, and hot dogs. On Saturdays, lemonade stands pop up, and every Easter, we hide eggs in yards for all the children to find. At Christmas, a large star lights up the street as we gather the kids to go caroling together. It’s a safe, welcoming place where kids can grow, play, and feel surrounded by love.

Iván's Family

Our family is spread across Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Venezuela. Milana has many little cousins around her age, and we stay connected through regular FaceTime calls to watch all the kids grow up together. Iván’s mom, aunt, and cousins live nearby and visit often. With Iván’s family, we make hallacas and pan de jamón, and celebrate New Year’s by walking around the block with grapes and suitcases—a fun Venezuelan tradition that everyone looks forward to.

Angel’s parents are also close and enjoy spending time with us. Milana loves spending weekends with her Nan, Grandpa, Abuelito, Abuelita, and her Tía. Our families come together for backyard grill-outs, bouncy house parties, neighborhood walks, and trips to the park. We go fishing on Grandpa’s boat and enjoy holiday traditions that blend our cultures. With Angel’s family, we enjoy traditional American holiday meals like honey baked ham at Christmas and stuffed turkey at Thanksgiving. We love this beautiful mix of cultures and celebrations that bring us all together.

Our Fur Babies

Sebastian, our three-year-old Miniature Schnauzer, Luna, a two-year-old English Bulldog, and Camilla, our ten-year-old Miniature Schnauzer, keep our home lively and full of joy. These sweet, playful, and loving companions are always full of energy. We enjoy taking walks together and playing in the backyard. Milana especially loves taking Luna for a ride in the wagon to the neighborhood creamery for ice cream or to the local taco shop to eat tacos outside.

Oh, The Places You'll Go!

We love to travel and experience different cultures together. We have visited most of the Caribbean islands, sailed on a catamaran, and swum with stingrays. In Italy, we explored the Colosseum and the Vatican in Rome and enjoyed the vibrant city of Milan - the city we named our daughter after. We have admired the historic architecture of Madrid and taken the train to Barcelona, where we savored fresh sardines and aged wine straight from the barrels.


Our adventures have also taken us riding ATVs through Santorini, Greece, and driving a jeep on the opposite side of the road across Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands. We’ve taken Milana to the beach and can’t wait to continue traveling as a family, creating new memories together as our children grow. Next on our list is the breathtaking Amalfi Coast.

So Much Fun!

We enjoy spending time together as a family and making the most of every moment. Some of our favorite activities include riding the train at the zoo to see the animals, cruising around the neighborhood on the golf cart, and playing kickball in the park with friends. We love going to free outdoor concerts during the warmer months, spending sunny days at our community pool with its fun slides and happy music, and joining in on our town’s “We Love Our Community Day,” filled with amusement rides, dancing in the streets, and local vendors. On weekends, we often visit the park and then stop for sushi before heading home. We can’t wait to add your child to these special moments, taking weekend bicycle rides, visiting the beach, the museum, the science center, and the aquarium. We look forward to sharing all the fun, silly, and joyful moments that make our family so full of love and laughter.

In the fall, one of the highlights is visiting the pumpkin patch to pick out the perfect pumpkin. Throughout the season, there’s also the excitement of collecting candy at the holiday parades like The Witches’ Ride, The Santa Stroll, and the Christmas Parade. Birthday parties also take on a special flair, often hosted in the front yard with the entire neighborhood invited, complete with bounce houses, cake, and pizza. It’s a time filled with festive outings, community spirit, and memorable moments.

We know you will follow your heart and make the best choice in selecting the family for your baby to join. We are Kristin and Mark, and we have been together since November 2020, married in April 2022. When we first started dating, I shared with Mark that because of my reproductive issues, having a biological child might not be possible. He was very understanding and supportive and open to adoption as a way to start our family. Mark and I are surrounded by a huge support system on both of our sides, who cannot wait to have another child join the family. We have lots of nieces and nephews who are anxiously awaiting the arrival of a new cousin to play with. Our parents are looking forward to having another grandchild to spoil. Your child will be raised in a loving Christian home, guided by values of kindness, compassion, integrity, and the importance of family. They will be loved unconditionally and always have unwavering family support in all they choose to endeavor. We look forward to sharing our love of sports and music while encouraging them to explore their own passions. Hello & Thank You , We know your brain must be on absolute overload right now, but we’d like to take up just a little of your time. We’ll get to the introductions soon, but first, there’s something important we want you to know. We realize this process might not be what you envisioned, but if you choose us to be your child’s adoptive parents, we promise (and we don’t take this word lightly) that they will always know their story and where they come from. More than anything, we hope this can be the start of a lifelong connection, one where you remain a part of their life and ours, for the journey ahead. Now for the introductions. We are Courtney and Miguel, and we live in Wisconsin with our two dogs, Sumo and Delta. We met in college, became friends, and the rest is history. We’ve been together for 14 years and married for 10 years. Adoption has always been a topic of conversation throughout our marriage and has always been our “Plan A” rather than “Plan B.” Miguel was born and raised in Costa Rica, so we know the importance of learning and celebrating your heritage. Because Spanish is such an important part of his culture and family life, we plan to raise our child bilingual. We’re excited to share the language, traditions, and stories I grew up with, and to help them build strong connections with their heritage. One of the phrases that we find to be an important theme in our lives and relationships is “say what you are feeling out loud.” For both of us, communication is key in everything we do. We can only imagine the love, strength, and courage it takes to create an adoption plan, and we want you to know how much we admire and respect you for it. How do you find the words to write to someone you have not yet met, but already feel such deep love and gratitude for? The opportunity you are providing to help create a family that otherwise would not be is something we will never take for granted. We are truly honored to be considered as potential parents for your child, and we hold this moment with the utmost respect. We are Matthew and Lauren. We met in 2018, and on our very first date, we were already dreaming about having a family. We married in 2021 and quickly began planning to grow our little family. We have two dogs, Olly and Marvel, who we know would love a sibling to play with and protect. After learning that Lauren could not get pregnant, we realized that this was God’s way of guiding us toward something just as beautiful — adoption. Adoption holds deep meaning for us. Matt and his brother were both adopted as young children, and he has always known it would be part of his story, too. We are both incredibly grateful to have loving and supportive families behind us as we grow our family through adoption. From the very beginning, our parents, siblings, and extended families have cheered us on with open hearts. Hello & Thank You , We Are Matt, Brittni, Braelyn, and Noah! So, who are we really? We are an "always on the go, planning countless trips to the waterpark" type of family. We're full of joy and laughter, and we treat every day as a blessing. Whether it's making a late-night ice cream run in our jammies or cozying up for bedtime snuggles, we savor the simple moments together. We're excited to add another member to our crew and share more Disney adventures, backyard campfires, morning coffee and muffins, and all the love we have to offer. Our journey hasn't always been easy, but it has deepened our relationship and strengthened our faith. From a young age, adoption was something we talked about, prayed for, and felt called to pursue. We've been blessed to have loved ones in our family who are adopted, and we know firsthand how love transcends all circumstances, unconditional and boundless. Coming from large families with close-knit sibling and parent relationships, we've always known we wanted children to fill our hearts and home. ļ»æ We have one biological child, Braelyn, who fills our lives with indescribable joy. After complications following Braelyn's birth and the life-saving measures that were needed, we are unable to carry another child. After years of prayers, opening our hearts to foster children, and difficult decisions, God led us to pursue adoption. In 2022, we were blessed beyond measure to welcome our sweet little guy, Noah, into our family through adoption. His arrival forever changed our lives in the best possible way, and we are so thankful to have him and his birth family as part of our story. As parents, our main goal has always been and will always be to embrace the uniqueness and individuality of our children. We are their biggest cheerleaders, helping them grow, thrive, and know the deep blessing they are to us. Our names are Claudia and Anthony. We have been together for eight years, married for six, and have known each other for more than twenty-five. Adoption has always been in our hearts. Our plan was to have a biological child first and then adopt, but God had a different plan. In 2020, we experienced a missed miscarriage, and despite trying again naturally, we were unable to conceive. We explored IVF and fertility treatments, but those were also unsuccessful. This path ultimately led us to adoption and to our greatest blessing, our daughter Lucianna, who joined our family in 2023. She is surrounded by love and brings us so much joy every single day. She cannot wait to be a big sister, and we cannot wait to grow our family again through adoption. Hello & Thank You , Although we haven't met yet, we have been praying for you. We can only begin to imagine the emotion of your situation, and hope that you feel loved and supported no matter where you are on this journey. We respect your strength and your selflessness for considering adoption. We understand that you want what is best for your precious baby, and we do too, whether with you, with us, or with another great family. We are Carrie and Garot, from Wisconsin, and we are honored to be considered to raise your child. After initially meeting in college, we have been happily married for six years. We were blessed with a pregnancy, but at 23 weeks experienced a rare complication that led to the heartbreaking loss of our daughter and placed Carrie in the ICU for a month. Thankfully, she has fully recovered; however, future pregnancies would still carry the same risk. In 2023, we welcomed our daughter Gianna home through adoption. Hello & Thank You , It is nice to "meet" you. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this letter about us. Our names are Caitlin and Josh. We cannot begin to imagine what you may be feeling right now, but we know that you love your baby deeply and want what is best for them. We admire and respect you for your decision to create an adoption plan and recognize the courage and strength it takes to get here. We have been married for 10 years and have wanted to start a family for a long time. After going through IVF and experiencing losses, we felt God calling us to adoption. Two years ago, we were blessed to become parents through the adoption of our daughter. She is truly the answer to every prayer we have ever prayed. We would love for her to grow up with a sibling and feel called to adopt again. We have a wonderful open adoption with our daughter’s birth mom and hope to have that same kind of relationship with you if that is something you would like. We are Christian and very family-oriented with large, loving families close by. It is important to us that our daughter and any future children grow up surrounded by love and support from not just us but from our extended family as well. We are blessed to see our families often and to travel together for holidays and special occasions. Hello & Thank You , Thank you for considering us to be parents of your child. We cannot imagine what you’re going through and how difficult this must be, but we admire your strength and the love you have for your child. My name is Bre, and my husband is Lane. We began dating in 2018 and were married in 2021. Adoption has been on my heart since before we were married. By our fourth date, I shared with Lane that I likely wouldn’t be able to have kids biologically, and that adoption would likely be the route to starting a family. It may have been early in a relationship for such a heavy conversation, but luckily, it didn’t scare Lane in the least bit. His steady support only deepened my love for him. We are excited to grow our family and can’t wait to be parents. I was a teacher for many years and now work in an administrative role at a school. Between my time in education, time spent with friends’ children, and the wonderful moments I share with my niece and nephews, I’ve gained a lot of experience with children and love spending time with them. Lane is a project manager and enjoys the work-life balance his job provides. He has no work travel and very predictable hours, which we feel will be ideal when raising a child. Lane is amazing with our friends’ kids, our godchildren, and his niece and nephews, all of whom adore him. He’s always the favorite among the kids; they love playing and interacting with Lane and think he is so much fun. We are fortunate to have a huge community of friends and family all nearby. We spend a lot of time with them, and your child will be surrounded by that same love and support.
