Our names are Claudia and Anthony. We have been together for eight years, married for six, and have known each other for more than twenty-five. Adoption has always been in our hearts. Our plan was to have a biological child first and then adopt, but God had a different plan. In 2020, we experienced a missed miscarriage, and despite trying again naturally, we were unable to conceive. We explored IVF and fertility treatments, but those were also unsuccessful. This path ultimately led us to adoption and to our greatest blessing, our daughter Lucianna, who joined our family in 2023. She is surrounded by love and brings us so much joy every single day. She cannot wait to be a big sister, and we cannot wait to grow our family again through adoption.


If you choose us, your child will always know their adoption story and the incredible love and courage behind your decision. From an early age, they will know their adoption story and grow up knowing how truly loved they are by both you and us.

Meet Anthony

Meet Dan

Dan is the most amazing person on the planet. He is everything that I ever wanted in a husband, and our son, Garrett, is so lucky to have him as a father. He is kind, patient, and hard-working. He loves to spend his free time playing with Garrett and teaching him new things. I am 

so proud of the parent he is; Dan was meant to be a father.

Our Story

We first met in our last year of middle school. Anthony had the biggest crush on me, but I had no idea, even though everyone else seemed to know.  After middle school, we attended different high schools, but we often crossed paths through mutual friends and later reconnected on social media.


Years later, I moved to California to be closer to my sister, my nieces, and the beach, while Anthony was busy playing shows and recording albums with his band. When I learned he was single, I reached out, and our conversations quickly grew into something more. Not long after moving back to town, we met up and fell in love. Just two weeks later, in October 2017, we officially started dating.


Anthony proposed in January 2019, and that November, we were married in a small destination wedding on the beach. Our nieces were the sweetest flower girls, our parents proudly walked us down the aisle, and one of my best friends officiated. After exchanging vows, we took photos by the ocean before heading inside just as the rain began. Surrounded by our family and closest friends, we danced, laughed, and celebrated a night that so many of our loved ones still say was the best wedding they have ever attended.

Meet Lucianna

We were blessed in the fall of 2023 with the life-changing call that Lucianna had been born. Overnight, we became parents, and it has been the most rewarding and proud experience of our lives. Lucianna is a very happy, smart, talkative, and independent toddler who lights up every room with her energy. She loves having dance parties with her stuffed animals or in her bouncy house. She also enjoys reading, and her eyes light up with excitement as she turns the pages, pointing out and naming familiar animals, colors, and characters. She is happiest when she is outdoors, whether going for walks, playing at the park, or exploring with her endless curiosity.

Our Home

Our home is located in a peaceful neighborhood just outside a major Texas city, where we enjoy the quiet of small-town living with easy access to all the city has to offer. It’s a cozy three-bedroom, two-bath house. We converted the office into a nursery, making it a special space just for our growing family. Our fenced backyard has plenty of room to run and play or just enjoy a sunny afternoon together.

Our Community

Just a short walk from our house is a community pool with a splash pad and park. It’s a great place to relax and have some fun. Lucianna enjoys splashing in the water and playing on the playground. We also spend time at nearby parks that have plenty of trails for walking and biking. When we want more activities, the city is only a quick drive away, and we love visiting the zoo, children’s museums, and amusement parks as a family. There is always something fun to do, and we are grateful our children will grow up surrounded by so many family-friendly places.

Anthony's Family

I'm blessed to have my parents; they have been married for 40 years. I have 6 siblings (4 brothers & 2 sisters) and 16 nephews and nieces!



My parents are both retired and enjoy working in their yard, going to concerts, and attending sporting events. They adore being grandparents to Lucianna and are very excited to welcome another grandchild into the family.

I am very close with my immediate family. My parents have been married for 48 years and live just 20 minutes away, so we see them at least once a week. My dad is retired from the Air Force and his civilian job, and my mom works part-time at an elementary school. Before settling in Texas, our family lived in several countries in Europe, which gave us the chance to experience different cultures and foods.



I am the middle child with two sisters. My older sister has three children and my younger sister has seven. They both live nearby, so we see them and our nieces often. Lucianna absolutely loves spending time with her cousins—whether it’s family barbecues, cheer at the volleyball games, sleepovers, or just playing together at home. We enjoy taking them on outings to the movies, museums, parks, and the pool, but we also love the simple moments like movie nights, dance parties, and giggles around the house.

Family Is Everything

Family means everything to us. We both come from big, loving families, most of whom live here in Texas, with a few in Oklahoma, California, Puerto Rico, and New York. No matter the occasion—holidays, birthdays, or just because—we love getting together, and our gatherings are always full of laughter, food, and fun.


Between us, we have 25 nieces and nephews, ranging from little ones to grown adults. They adore Lucianna and love playing with her and teaching her things. We feel so grateful that she, and our future child, will grow up surrounded by cousins and a big extended family who already cannot wait to welcome another little one.

We love celebrating holidays and special occasions. At Easter, we gather with family for a big egg hunt with all the kids. On the 4th of July, we enjoy a BBQ with loved ones and end the night watching fireworks. Halloween is always a favorite as we dress up in matching themed costumes, head to Zoo Boo, and enjoy handing out candy. We also love attending Día de los Muertos festivals each year. Thanksgiving is all about family, delicious food, and playing games together. Birthdays are a big deal in our family, and we always celebrate with cake, decorations, and fun traditions to make the day feel extra special.

 

Christmas is our absolute favorite. We put on matching Christmas pajamas, take pictures with Santa, drive around to see the lights, attend Christmas service, and spend time with family eating, playing games, and opening gifts.

Vacation Time

We enjoy getting away to see different cities and countries to experience new cultures. Since Claudia grew up in a military family, traveling has always been a part of her life. I did not travel much before meeting Claudia, but together we have made traveling an important part of our lives.



Now that we are parents, traveling is even more special. We typically take a trip every 4–5 months, whether it’s a weekend getaway or a beach vacation. Beaches are our favorite since they are naturally beautiful and relaxing. Lucianna loves splashing in the water and playing in the sand. One of our favorite trips as a family was visiting Disney and Universal Studios in Hollywood. We also share a love for live sports, so we enjoy traveling to different cities to watch our favorite baseball and football teams. Traveling as a family of three has already given us wonderful memories, and we are excited for all the new adventures still to come.

Quality Time with Friends 

We are blessed to have a large and diverse group of friends. Many we have known most of our lives. They have been very supportive throughout our journey to expand our family, and we are thankful to have them in our lives.


With our friends, we enjoy traveling, celebrating birthdays and accomplishments, watching sports, having game nights, and going out to eat. Many of our friends are married and have children, and they’ve shared parenting advice and insight to help prepare us. They were thrilled when we welcomed our daughter, Lucianna, and it has been so fun to see her included in all the kids’ activities. Our friends are just as excited as we are to welcome another child into the group.

Hello & Thank You , First, we want to thank you for taking a look into our lives and reviewing our book. We can’t even begin to understand what you are going through, but we pray that God continues to give you strength and courage through all the emotions you are feeling. We know that you are a selfless woman just by knowing that you are choosing to create an adoption plan for your child. Our names are Jose and Daniella. We met each other in 2014, and we got married in 2016. A year later, we began trying to have a child of our own. After three years of seeing a fertility doctor and seven years of trying different treatments, we were unsuccessful. Jose and I want to expand our family, and we know adoption is the answer to our prayers. We both have siblings we grew up with, and we hope that we are able to add another sibling to expand our love and family in the near future. We want you to know that your child is already loved by so many, including grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many more family members. We promise to raise your child with unconditional love, provide many life skills, compassion, respect, morals, and provide any education your child dreams of. We also believe in God and would love to raise your child knowing who God is. Hello & Thank You , We are Dani, Joe, Emerson, and Benjamin. Nice to meet you! We are so grateful to you for taking the time to get to know us a little better. We realize you may be feeling many different emotions at this time, and we want you to know that we will be supportive of you and your child. We will care about you, too. Our hope in creating this book is that you'll feel the love, laughter, and joy in our daily lives and our adventures, and be able to imagine what a life with us could be like for your child. We have two children, Benjamin and Emerson. After complications from Dani's pregnancy with Emerson that led to a hysterectomy, Dani is no longer able to carry a child. In 2023, we adopted our son, Benjamin, and have an open relationship with his birth family. We are so grateful to his birth family for choosing us and trusting us to raise their child. We are excited to grow our family once again through adoption and are thankful to you for taking the time to get to know us. Hello & Thank You , Thank you so much for taking the time to learn about us and consider us as you explore your options. We know this isn't an easy decision. While we cannot know what you are experiencing, we truly respect the care and thought that goes into creating an adoption plan. We are Douglas and Pamela. We’ve been together for thirteen years and married for nine. Throughout our relationship, we’ve talked about building our family through adoption, and Pamela has known since she was a teen that adoption would likely be the safest way to start a family. While we did spend time hoping to conceive, we later learned that pregnancy would come with significant medical risks, including a very high chance of miscarriage and complications that could affect both her and the baby. After many visits with doctors and thoughtful conversations with each other, we chose adoption as the right path for us. We’re excited to open our hearts, our home, and share everyday moments together as a family! If chosen, your child will be raised in a loving, stable environment where they are deeply cared for and supported. They will grow up knowing their story began with love and care. Hello & Thank You , From the very beginning, we want you to know you are seen and valued. We can’t imagine the strength it takes to walk this journey, and we truly admire your courage. As it says in Isaiah 41:10, “Do not fear for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you.” We pray you feel that promise wrapped around you. That you are not alone, that you are supported and that God’s strength is carrying you through each step. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us. It feels hard to put into words how much love and gratitude we already feel as we write this. Our names are Abbey and Jesus, and we live in Texas with our two dogs, Drax and Willow. Little did we know that a simple haircut would be the start of our lifelong adventure together. We have been together for eight years and married for almost 5 years. From that day forward, we built a life full of love, laughter, and faith. Every step has brought us closer, and now our hearts are ready to welcome a child with the same care and devotion we’ve poured into each other. We later found out that we could not have biological children due to infertility issues. While that news was difficult, it only strengthens what we already knew in our hearts that we wanted to be parents and share all the love we have to give. Adoption felt like the path God was leading us toward, and it has been calling to us ever since. We are so excited to open our hearts and home to your child. We have been married for 10 years and have known each other for 14. From the very beginning of our relationship, we knew we wanted to build a family together. About a year into our marriage, we began trying, but faced many challenges and soon started infertility treatments. After many years, tests, and procedures without success, we felt called to pursue adoption, not realizing our greatest gift was yet to come. We met our son, Jude, in March of 2024, and our lives changed in the best possible way. He is the love of our lives and has been surrounded by the love and support of our family, friends, and community from the very beginning. The additional love of the family we gained through his birth parents and birth grandmother has been immeasurable, and we truly feel that it was meant to be. Hello & Thank You , Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us and for considering us as a family to raise your child. Your love for your child is already evident, and we honor the strength it takes to make decisions rooted in that love. We can only imagine how overwhelming this process may feel, and we deeply respect the courage, love, and care you are showing. Please know we are thinking of you and praying for you as you navigate this journey, no matter what you decide. We are incredibly grateful and excited to be growing our family through adoption after a long journey with infertility and loss. For three years, we pursued fertility treatments and experienced seven early miscarriages. During that time, God began to give us a clear vision for how we would build our family. While our season of infertility was painful, it also strengthened our marriage, deepened our communication, and helped us grow in patience, faith, and trust in God’s timing. It prepared us spiritually, emotionally, physically, and financially for adoption. In March of 2024, we adopted our son, Dawson, from birth and were blessed to be by his birth mother’s side when he was born. We continue to share updates and photos with her today. We want you to know your child will be raised in a home filled with love, honesty, warmth, and support. We believe in teaching values such as respect, integrity, faith, and compassion, and we strive to make everyday moments meaningful as a family. Hello & Thank You , We want to begin by saying thank you. Thank you for taking the time to read about our little family and for considering us as you make one of the most selfless and loving decisions imaginable. We cannot fully understand what you are walking through, but we deeply respect your strength, courage, and love for your child. We want you to know that if you choose us, your child will be loved, protected, and supported in every part of their life. They will grow up in a home filled with laughter, fun, and rooted in faith. We believe God is guiding both your journey and ours, and that He will place the right family for you and the right child for us. Our journey to adoption has been shaped by both hope and healing. In 2021, we received an infertility diagnosis, and while that was difficult, it opened our hearts to adoption. We chose not to pursue IVF or fertility treatments, believing our path forward was meant to look different than we first imagined. Shortly after that, we were blessed with becoming pregnant with our daughter, Ryleigh. Becoming her parents has been one of the greatest joys of our lives. Even after having Ryleigh, adoption has remained on our hearts as a calling we cannot ignore. After prayerful consideration, we feel now is the right time to grow our family. Ryleigh has been asking for over a year to be a big sister, and we know she will love and cherish a sibling with her whole heart. Texas holds a very special place in our hearts. When Drew joined the military, Texas was our first duty station. It is filled with both joyful memories and difficult ones, as it is where we received our infertility diagnosis but also where God blessed us with the miracle of Ryleigh. It would mean a great deal to us if your child’s story, which began in Texas, became part of ours. We are open to any level of communication that feels right to you and want this relationship to be guided by what you feel most comfortable with. Family and friends have always been at the heart of who we are, and we are excited to continue growing our family through adoption.
